The Emerging Companies group works with startups and other emerging growth companies from formation through liquidity events and beyond, and also with the venture funds who finance and support these companies. In addition to representing companies and funds in financing transactions, we act as outside general counsel to our corporate clients on a wide range of commercial, business and IP-related matters.
