Supports the Investment Management department on all manner of investment transactions involving both public and private companies, including but not limited to private equity and buy-out deals, venture capital investments, alternative investment strategies, including absolute return, structured finance and distressed, and investments in external funds. In addition to very strong transactional experience, this position also requires general familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues across these various types of investments.
