Acts as primary counsel for the Clinical Research & Development organization with regard to the conduct of global clinical research in the Americas Research Organization and, primarily, in the Latin America region. The incumbent in this position will have daily interactions with government agencies, academic institutions, hospitals and other clinical study sites, contract research organizations and clinical supply vendors as well as global counsel and affiliate personnel.
