Seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 8 to 10 years to work in the areas of housing, affordable housing, commercial real estate, corporate and tax matters, including but not limited to real estate acquisition, disposition, construction, development, financing, commercial leasing, affordable housing development and finance and low income housing tax credit financing and syndication. Strongly prefer significant experience in real estate housing and partnership law experience.
