Manage transactional matters for one and potentially two divisions. Both onshore and offshore representation may be required. Provides "in-house" legal counsel and guidance in the activities of the various business units to ensure maximum protection of the legal rights of the business units and to maintain its operations within the limits prescribed by law. Supervises the preparation of reports and statements of a legal nature relating to various aspects of the legal group's representation, including, contracts, agreements, claims, etc.
