We are seeking two corporate associates (2-4 years PQE) to join a growing team in the London office. Successful candidates will have a first class academic background coupled with exposure to mainstream public and private M&A, private equity and/or restructuring in a leading City or US corporate practice. Lawyers with other transactional experience (e.g. equity capital markets) are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates must be UK qualified and are likely to have had experience of working in the UK.
