Responsible for developing the legal file for quick and fair resolution, including gathering information needed to evaluate the claim, obtaining the necessary expert opinions, conducting discovery and representing the client in mediations, depositions, arbitrations and trial. Works closely with the Casualty claims departments to get information needed to evaluate and negotiate case to resolution.
