this attorney position will support our data licensing, media recognition/recommendation and consumer web site businesses. Specifically, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate agreements for the licensing, distribution and production of entertainment descriptive content, recommendation/recognition software/services and online web properties. Additionally, the candidate will create and draft consumer-facing policies, counsel internal business clients and provide general legal support.
