Technology company seeks senior attorney with 6 -10 years of related legal experience (business-to-business legal support and service preferably in a technology company). Experience drafting a variety of contracts and expertise in negotiating all types of commercial transactions (e.g., inbound and outbound technology licenses, service agreements, OEM/procurement agreements, etc.) and reviewing marketing materials; extensive experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs in a commercial setting.
