We are seeking a bankruptcy and financial associate (a 2nd- 4th year). Candidate should have a solid experience at a firm with a substantial bankruptcy practice doing bankruptcy work and corporate and financial restructurings. Candidate should be experienced with creditor committee and other unofficial or official committee work, bond holders and secured and unsecured creditors.
