Seeking executive level professional responsible for quality assurance and ongoing internal review of compliance with governmental laws and regulations regarding corporate governance issues. S/he will be responsible for overall corporate risk analysis and designing and implementing non-information system audit procedures throughout the company and will execute and direct complex or sensitive audits, ad hoc reviews and special investigations where appropriate.
