Open position for a Commercial Litigation associate with 4+ years of experience. Applicants must have strong analytical and writing skills. In addition, applicants should have significant experience with all aspects of discovery in state and federal court, including preparing and responding to written discovery requests, preparing witnesses for depositions, and preparing for and taking depositions. Trial experience, while not required, is desirable.
