The ideal candidate will come from a firm with a reputable UK Commercial practice. (S)he will possess excellent academic credentials, be a good communicator both orally and in writing, and be able to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity. The successful candidate must have an interest in, and a genuine desire to act as a support lawyer in respect of, pure commercial work, as described below. Ideally, the candidate will have had prior experience as a PSL and as a fee earner, in a commercial practice.
