You will act as the primary liaison with in-house sales, operations, and finance professionals for contracting issues. As a front-line negotiator, you will find creative solutions that meet both our and the client's business and legal needs and ensure that the contracts comply with all regulatory requirements. You will also maintain and enforce contracting procedures including approval procedures for non-standard terms and pricing, assist the sales force with on-going administration of the contractual client relationships, and advise management on contract benefits and/or risks.
