Provides interpretation, guidance and risk assessment for account management. Acts as expert interface with client and negotiates and resolves contractual and business related issues. Interfaces with legal counsel as necessary. - Reviews transactions relative to corporate policy, revenue recognition principles and applicable laws and provides expert opinion.
