The St. Louis office is seeking candidates with three to five years of experience for a corporate associate position. General experience in corporate matters as well as specialized experience in one or more areas such as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, private equity transactions, commercial contracts, technology and related areas will be helpful. We have a special interest in lawyers with suitable background and experience to become proficient in technology transactions.
