Independently handles legal projects, and provides support to Divisional Counsel and General Counsel as part of the Legal Affairs Department team. The Corporate Attorney, R & D Division will primarily serve as the primary point person for one or more marketed or development products, review and draft contracts as well as perform research and advise business people on legal, business and regulatory issues. Some coordination with outside counsel is anticipated, although the majority of work will be performed without reliance on outside counsel.
