This position is responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing all Company contracts. Other duties include supporting formation of subsidiaries, corporate compliance matters, maintenance of corporate books, perform and assist in due diligence matters, perform legal research and prepare memorandums, assist with legal projects and transactions as requested. Will perform general corporate legal duties including: formation of subsidiaries, corporate compliance matters, maintenance of corporate books, and other various corporate matters.
