Key responsibilities include analyzing and providing counsel on various environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulatory matters (domestic and international) and overall mitigating corporate exposure; identifying areas of legal risk and taking steps to ensure processes are in place to mitigate that risk; counseling facility managers and senior management and support functions in EHS legal matters; providing legal training to EHS personnel; supporting acquisitions and divestitures.
