The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience representing public and private middle market companies and emerging growth companies. Candidates should have extensive experience with entity formation, venture financing, debt financing, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, executive compensation, branding and marketing agreements and/or the negotiation and documentation of commercial agreements.
