This job calls for an experienced attorney who will focus on commercial and strategic licensing transactions - negotiating, drafting and analyzing a wide variety of licensing, strategic alliance and technology development agreements. You have considerable expertise in matters of inbound licensing (including open source), product development, technology acquisition and procurement. You'll advise our clients on the various legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial deals.
