As Corporate Counsel, you'll use your experience and expertise to counsel executives and managers on a range of corporate and securities law matters. Hardworking, affable and with a strong sense of integrity, you'll assist in the preparation of earnings releases and other public announcements, provide securities law review in support of corporate communications, and will generally provide thought leadership in the area of securities law and corporate governance.
