The corporate counsel will work with General Counsel to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and securities laws and will work with the General Counsel and Divisional and Regional General Counsel on contract and other matters. The corporate counsel will also work on strategic projects including mergers and acquisitions and will have responsibilities for other general corporate matters.
