You will work side by side with the company's enterprise business sales (B2B) teams negotiating, drafting and reviewing RFP responses, corporate services and reseller agreements with organizations that use our products and services to keep their employees and customers connected, including Fortune 500 companies; government entities; colleges; universities; and data services resellers. Corporate Counsel will also provide day-to-day legal advice and training to our B2B sales teams and operational groups; manage legal disputes; and support company Litigation and Privacy groups as needed.
