The Attorney is responsible for securities matters and will assist in the review and/or preparation of the Companies various securities filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, proxy statements and annual reports to shareholders. This position will also work with the company's business development team on transactions as well as assisting with technology licensing and special projects covering a wide range of subject areas.
