Provide legal guidance to Research, Development, Quality, Safety (Pharmacovigilance) and Business Development client groups. The position has responsibility for a significant quantity of transactional work, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating material transfer agreements for biological materials, research agreements, laboratory services agreements, quality and technical agreements, safety (pharmacovigilance) agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, service agreements and other operating agreements.
