They will utilize business acumen and legal skills to assist the Employee and Labor Relations department, and Strategic Sourcing in the efficient, cost effective legal administration of contracts, employment and labor issues; advance the Company's best interests by understanding and minimizing legal risks and associated costs to acceptable levels; and, be familiar and provide advice on a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
