Looking to grow our Legal and Commercial Transactions Group by adding its first legal counsel in EMEA. Primary responsibility will be the negotiation, drafting and analysis of a wide range of commercial and intellectual property and corporate development agreements. Candidates should be capable of producing high quality work in a flexible, fast paced environment and have the ability to work for internal clients throughout all of the Brocade EMEA offices.
