Interested candidates should possess academic credentials , and possess a portable practice capable, at a minimum, of sustaining that candidate. Experience at a national law firm is preferred. Expertise should include the handling of all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the representation of private and public companies, knowledge of private equity sponsors, mezzanine debt funds, venture capital financing etc.
