The attorney will provide legal services and advice with respect to compensation arrangements and qualified and non-qualified plans. The attorney will also consult with clients regarding executive compensation, pension plan design, and participant communications. This person will advise clients pertaining to acquisition and divestiture due diligence, IRC Section 409A compliance, and domestic and international equity plan implementation.
