The incumbent should be prepared to deal with all legal matters originating with the assigned rBU(s) and other assigned departments, either directly or, as appropriate, through referral to other in-house or outside counsel. This individual will face, and be expected to solve, complex legal problems requiring independent thinking to identify and analyze different situations, and to be able to provide independent service across a wide range of legal areas.
