Handle a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecution and infringement issues domestically and internationally, resolving infringement disputes, and drafting and negotiating agreements. Advise as to clearance, registration and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and patents. Participate in intellectual property litigation. Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property matters.
