Ensure the provision of accurate and timely legal advice to the client areas on all issues relating to patents and data exclusivity. Develop effective strategies for the maximization, enhancement and utilization of IP relating to BMS commercial products and compounds in development, including ensuring the protection of BMS interests in areas such as collaborative activities with third parties, the publication and disclosure of scientific data, the transfer of BMS compounds and technology, and the avoidance of technology contamination.
