Responsibilities include all Government Operations legal matters consistent with the Corporation's objectives and policies, in coordination with outside counsel and other divisions and businesses where appropriate. Provide legal and business counsel, particularly regarding strategic business issues, changes in legal requirements, and potential legal issues. Create and maintain a team mentality, foster good internal client relationships, instill attitudes consistent with our client's core values, and provide appropriate training, development and career counseling for all legal staff members.
