Represent company in connection with arbitrations, litigations and regulatory matters; coordinate and manage outside counsel. Coordinate and manage company's discovery obligations. Provide counsel and advice to various business units and other members of the Law Department. Conduct internal investigations; investigate and resolve customer complaints.
