Debt Finance Associate - We are currently seeking a mid-level associate (4th - 7th year) to join our Boston office Business Law Department, specializing in debt finance including syndicated cash flow, asset based, and mezzanine lending. Acquisition finance, hedge fund lending, securitization and second lien lending experience a must. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
