Drafts and negotiates contracts, including license agreements primarily for customers worldwide, as well as certain contracts relating to our shareholdings in minority-owned joint ventures. Advises and coordinates with sales executives, marketing and administrative personnel to identify and resolve business and legal issues (including issues relating to contract interpretation) and provide ongoing counsel, advice and support.
