Experience in the field of contracts including the development, analysis, and negotiation of complex, multi-million dollar contracts and hands-on experience developing, analyzing, evaluating and negotiating. Rather than a technician with narrow expertise, this individual should have enough breadth and depth of view to see the bigger picture and to call for specialist expertise as and when needed. Will lead and support all sales contracts activity in North America. The Contracts Director will lead a team of lawyers and contract managers located in the US.
