Leads the Embedded IP Engineering team. Leads the internal patent process and steering committee. Collaborates with Company IP attorneys. Review and assist in drafting, nondisclosure, research, license and other agreements involving the use, transfer, or ownership of IP. Provide IP support for evaluating potential in-licensing or acquisition opportunities, including assessment of third party patent rights.
