Work closely with Federal Legislative and State teams to coordinate on issues that crossover and involve the SEC. Oversees legal administration of proxy initiatives. Provides guidance and direction to the Operating Committee on legal issues that affect the organization. Develops relationships with key regulators and industry representatives to facilitate advocacy that supports Company views.
