Under the guidance of the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, this person is a senior regulatory representative for the company. As such the incumbent is responsible for the preparation, management, and execution of Regulatory strategies and policies for our development products and for providing regulatory support of our marketed products. The incumbent is the principle Company contact with FDA for issues dealing with developmental and marketed products.
