Seeking a full time attorney with 5 to 8 years experience in negotiating and drafting equipment, systems, project and software sales and service agreements as well as procurement contracts. Ideal candidate would also have some experience in a variety of commercial issues such as products liability, credit and collection, and bankruptcy and a demonstrated ability to communicate with business managers. Excellent writing skills and Bar membership are required.
