We are seeking a senior associate or junior partner to join its nationally-recognized energy practice group in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate has significant experience in energy law and transactions. Specific experience in renewable energy project development, including equipment procurement and EPC contracts, is strongly desired. The position is for a development rather than a regulatory practice. Exceptional academic, deal team management, writing and teamwork skills are required.
