The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in energy transactions and contract negotiations including financing and lending documents and other complex agreements. The attorney will also provide counsel to management and project teams on matters of law and policy, direct outside counsel on projects, and monitor and advise management and project teams of legal developments and trends including changes in the law, administrative decision, and judicial decisions.
