Transactions: Entertainment & Media Finance Associate 3-5 years of experience in strong senior lending, securitization and/or structured finance experience and understand the complexities associated with planning and executing sophisticated finance transactions. Superior academic credentials, coupled with strong written and communication skills, are required. Large firm experience is strongly preferred, and candidates should be interested in pursuing a long term career at this firm.
