Provide full range of legal support and advice as Intellectual Property counsel to all Space Systems Company lines of business and functional organizations. Advise line and senior management on all legal issues involving intellectual property issues related to government contracts and subcontracts in major space and ground systems. The position will involve legal support to a range of senior management, contracts/subcontracts administrative staff, human resources, engineers and others in large USG prime contract programs for systems hardware.
