In this hands on and newly created role, the General Counsel - Americas will have full responsibility for leading all legal matters on behalf of the regional companies across both North & South America and will also assist the parent company in a variety of corporate initiatives. You will be accountable for advising the business on a full range of strategic and tactical legal issues and creating, implementing and communicating essential policies & process.
