The General Counsel will be a member of the senior executive management team, responsible for directing and leading the company's legal function and strategic initiatives. The General Counsel will provide senior management with effective legal advice on company strategies and their implementation, and engage and oversee the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel will be involved in complex business transactions and in negotiating critical contracts.
