General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and are responsible for a variety of corporate and commercial matters, such as drafting, negotiating, giving advice on and closing various contracts and other transactions, assisting in public company and governance issues, assisting in the creation, maintenance and protection of intellectual property, and providing other legal support as required.
