Supervises, organizes and directs the corporation's legal activities to protect the corporation's interests from a legal perspective. Counsels and advises all corporate executives on the legal aspects of activities within their assigned areas (i.e., acquisitions, protection and disposal of real and personal property, collections, and relations with municipal, federal and state agencies.) Investigates claims and complaints by or against the Company, conducts interviews, prepares reports and/or opinions based on findings.
